We invite you to get crafty and enjoy some needed downtime in the Library this semester on Maker Mondays! Beginning September 11, we’ll gather on Mondays between 3-4 in the Library to build community around interests in DIY, maker culture, handcrafts, sustainability, and upcycling. You’re welcome to bring your own project or use what we have on hand.
Do you have a pile of mending you’ve been meaning to get to? Or a knitting or crochet project you’d like to work on while chatting with a colleague? Or maybe you want to get out that coloring book that you put down a while ago? Let’s work on it together!
All SMC students, faculty, and staff are welcome.
Learn how to make the most of your SMC Library with a guided tour! Discover spaces for silent study, group work, getting research help, or chilling outside. Get answers to your questions about printing, finding books, reserving study rooms, and more.
Plus, get an SMC Library lanyard and snacks at the end!
