Beginning in Fall 2022, Margot Hanson, Suzanne Schmidt, and Sarah Vital started coordinating weekly meetups at the SMC Library for crafting and making. The original idea of these gatherings is to foster a sense of community across Saint Mary’s campus around interests in sustainability, upcycling, DIY, maker culture, and handcrafts.
