Streaming Videos Available Through SMC Library

You can also find videos by using Library Search on the library homepage. Just search by title or topic, then when your results appear, click the filter for "videos" on the left. 

Note: Kanopy videos are not listed in Library Search. Please search Kanopy directly.

Connecting to Streaming Videos from Library Search

To stream a video in your search results, click on "Available online."

Then, look for the "View Online" box and click the link to connect to the video in one of our databases.

In addition to our streaming collections, the Library also has thousands of videos on VHS and DVD. You can show these in a face-to-face class or put them on course reserves so your students can borrow them for a few hours at a time; VHS and DVD players are available on the second floor of the Library behind the stacks in the 306 range.
