When you are off-campus, the SMC library databases and Multisearch does not know that you are an SMC student unless you sign in using your SMC ID and password. Once you log in, you can access all the materials that you would from on campus.
To log into Multisearch, search for your topic of interest, then click on the yellow banner at the top of the page to be taken to an SMC log in page
To log into the Databases, select the database you would like to use from the A-Z Databases list and you will be automatically prompted to enter your SMC ID and password.

Make an Appointment with a specific librarian and let them know that you would like to meet via online video conference. The librarian will handle the conference, all you need is a computer with a microphone!
